LIMITED WARRANTY
All NBIEN loudspeakers come with a five-year warranty on both parts and labour. All NBIEN electronics, including amplified loudspeakers, carry a two-year warranty on both parts and labour.

NBIEN Limited (NBIEN) or any authorised NBIEN distributor will repair or replace, free of charge, the defective Product according to the terms and conditions listed below, to the original purchaser merely. This limited warranty applies to normal domestic use. NBIEN's limited warranty is valid only if you retain proof of purchase from an authorised NBIEN dealer or distributor for this product.



Terms and Conditions

1. NBIEN (We, Our, Us) warrants this Product to be in good working order during the period of warranty. The period of warranty is the period stated above and commences on the date of purchase of the Product. In the event that the Product is not in good working order NBIEN will provide, during the warranty period, a free service.

2. Warranty service may be obtained only against presentation of the original sales invoice/cash ticket or other proof of purchase issued to the customer by an authorised NBIEN dealer or distributor.

3. The service consists of (at NBIEN’s discretion) repair and replacement of the Products which will be provided on an exchange basis, or will either be equivalent to new or re-conditioned. All replaced spare parts and Products shall become the property of NBIEN.

4. NBIEN further reserves the right to replace the defective product with another equivalent product which has quality same as or similar to that of the defective product, instead of repairing the defective product.

5. Unless agreed in writing, the Warranty will not be applicable : (a) because you have not used, stored or handled the Product prop­erly; or because you are in breach of the terms of this warranty, or have not followed our instructions in  the  Product manual, or because of damages or defects due to wilful negligence by anyone other than Us; (b) for loss of quality, degradation of performance or damages that result from the modifications or use of parts that are neither made nor authorised by NBIEN; (c) for damages that result from incorrect installation or connection; (d) if modifications or repairs have been executed by someone else other than a NBIEN representative or authorised person; (d) for damages caused by faulty or unsuitable ancillary equipment; (e) for damages caused by accident, lightning, water, war, fire disaster, burglary or any other cause beyond the control of NBIEN; (f) for products whose serial number has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.

6. As far as the law allows, we will not be responsible for the following: (a) loss of income, profits (actual or anticipated), and contracts or for any other business related loss; (b) indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused.

7. This warranty complements any national or regional law obligations of dealers or national distributors and does not affect your statutory rights.

Claims Repairs under Warranty

In order to obtain warranty service, contact your original NBIEN authorized dealer or distributor. The defective product should be packed in the original packing and returned to the dealer from whom it was purchased, or directly to the NBIEN distributor in the country of residence. The product should be sent carriage prepaid by a reputable carrier – NOT by post. No responsibility can be accepted for the unit whilst in transit to the dealer or distributor and you are therefore advised to insure the unit against loss or damage whilst in transit.
